Erica contacted me when she and her fiance, Tyler needed a photographer for their wedding that they had to plan pretty quickly.
They had chosen to do a quaint and intimate wedding ceremony at a local park in Norfolk, Virginia, near the Chesapeake Bay. It was a pretty little park complete with a fishing pier and a great shelter that provided as a nice and cool venue location for their family and friends to gather.
When I arrived to the house, everyone was in an organized and happy frenzy getting ready. I quickly grabbed all of their details and started working right away as they all prepared to get Erica ready for their big day. While getting ready, the guys headed to the park, with the other guests and decorated for their event.
As the ceremony came closer, Erica and the girls also arrived, and waited for their cue to exit around the cars to prepare for the walk down the aisle. The ceremony was sweet and complete with Tyler's sister carrying their rings in Tyler's military cap down the aisle, and Erica's honorary brother, as she calls him, playing their wedding music on his guitar.
Their wedding was complete with a backyard cookout where they mingled with family and friends to celebrate their event.
I am so excited that they asked me to do their wedding pictures, and I can't imagine the day being any sweeter. My personal favorite of their day was being the observer to watch how their family and friends were such an intricate and detailed part of their day.
Thank you Erica and Tyler for just being amazing, sweet, and allowing me to share in your day. I am so humbled and grateful for the opportunity to get to know you two a little bit better.
Friends, feel free to enjoy the pictures and leave a sweet comment or two for the newlyweds!!
